For an emergency, contact the appropriate emergency services directly. An email or website enquiry is not an emergency dispatch service.

Privacy and Information Officer enquiries

Payments and fees

New bookings use Cash or Paystack Card where enabled. The Card model allocates 80% to the assigned driver's Paystack subaccount and 20% to Asiye, with the provider transaction fee borne by Asiye. There is no new Wallet funding or ongoing cash-out service. Read the Terms and cancellation and waiting fee schedule before booking.

The registered office shown above is taken from the company's supplied CIPC record. Trip availability depends on approved drivers, coverage and live conditions; check the app for current availability. The registered office address is not a guaranteed passenger pickup point.
