Asiye Go is for everyday point-to-point rides. Asiye Work is designed around regular travel to and from work, including saved home/work locations and shared commute options.
Yes. Where the fare-offer feature is available, a passenger can propose an amount and the driver can accept or respond with a counter-offer.
The live scan helps create a current profile image and makes it easier for passengers and drivers to recognise each other in the trip experience.
Yes. Drivers can register, complete the required profile and vehicle information, submit their documents and continue through the verification process in the driver app.
Cash is collected after the trip. When Card is enabled, the assigned driver and fare are agreed before Paystack checkout. Paystack allocates 80% directly to that driver's subaccount and 20% to Asiye; Asiye bears the provider transaction fee. See the Terms of Service.
Wallet funding, new Wallet bookings and ongoing cash-outs are discontinued. Do not make a new EFT Wallet deposit. Contact admin@asiye.cloud about any historical funds; read the legacy-funds refund process.
The current cancellation fee is R0 and waiting is R0 per minute. The Work/Club pooling countdown is not a paid waiting period. See the full fee schedule.
