Account deletion request

Enter a phone number or email address linked to the account so we can identify the correct Asiye profile. We may contact you to verify account ownership before completing deletion.

If the form does not work, email admin@asiye.cloud with the subject “Asiye Account Deletion Request”.

What happens next

Request received We create a deletion request and give you a reference.

Account verification We may verify that the request relates to your account before deleting it.

Deletion or de-identification Applicable account data is deleted or de-identified as soon as reasonably possible.

Data generally covered

Passenger or driver profile information.
Saved Home and Work places.
Profile image and verification images where no retention duty applies.
Notification tokens and account preferences.
Support or trip communications where they are no longer required.
Uploaded driver documents where no legal or safety retention requirement applies.

Information that may be retained

Limited information may be retained where reasonably necessary for law, tax or accounting obligations, fraud prevention, safety investigations, payment reconciliation, legal claims or disputes. Retained information is restricted to those purposes and is not kept merely to continue the deleted account.
